           PERSONAL TRAINING

This approach is individualized and offers a more in-depth, goal oriented plan to take your fitness to the next level. Programs are always as much benifit as there is effort put into it, so put all of your effort into your health.

 

           SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Sport is a giant industry. This isn't your old high school coaches approach to sport specific training. We break down the physiology of each sport and derive a plan to make those movements faster, stronger, and more fluid. Designs very from a retired golfer looking to maintain his game to a college recruit looking to improve at the highest level.

           PERFORMANCE TRAINING

 

This is the most advanced option of training. At a a basic view, an intense strength and conditioning program. Clients looking to increase speed, agility, quickness, power production, and core strength will go through a progressive program of plyometrics, high intensity intervals, SAQ and footwork drills, and olympic weightlifting to produce results. Great for sport offseasons after a sport specific program.

           MUSCLE GAIN

 

If your goal is to gain muscle, then let's gain muscle. You're interested in adding lean muscle mass and enjoying the benifits and challenges of a hypertrophy program. This approach is as basic as just increasing lean muscle mass to as advanced as bodybuilding coaching.

           WEIGHT LOSS

 

Stop putting off your resolution. Whenther you're looking to lower your body fat %, just need to shed a few unwanted pounds, or need to lose weight to increase health and quality of life, this program is goal based to lose fat weight, while keeping existing muscle mass.
