Fitness is a lifestyle, not a hobby. The same goes with athletic performance. Those who wish to achieve and maintain success do everything necessary. My philosophy is that in order for lasting progress, there must be a lifestyle commitment. I'm not the type of trainer who will tell you one thing, and when you're not looking do the opposite. I've made the same commitment to a healthy lifestyle. You won't see me out late at night or eating fast food. You will, however, see me always carrying water and healthy snacks wherever I go. You will see me training almost every day, and helping others when I can.
